CMC Appalachian Hitching Post (AHP)

The Appalachian Hitching Post ( AHP) is a vehicle mounted interface designed to securely anchor a leg section of the Arizona Vortex to a vehicle. It is compatible with any of the approved configurations outlined in the Vortex user manual provided the specific riggin principles for each confirguration are followed.
The AHP further facilitates placement of the Vortex with the optional 90 Deg Hitch Adaptor, allowing for verhicle placements perpendicular to the edge. Both the AHP and the 90 Deg Hitch Adaptor are designed for use with 2" receiver hitches.
With a rating at 36kN, the AHP is suitable for anchoring the Vortex with a standard two-rope system, as well as providing additional anchor points for redirects or primary connection points.
The AHP comes with a push pin to connect the Vortex leg, a 5/8" hitch receiver pin and a carry bag. The AHP 90 Deg Adaptor comes with a push pin to connect to the AHP.

An ultralight compact wiregate carabiner for critical weight savings, ideally suited to multipitch, trad and alpine climbing.

The Wisp Quickdraw provides significant weight savings for climbers on long techincal routes. By pairing the 22g Wisp carabiner with lightweight slings, the cumulative weight of a full rack is reduced, aiding efficiency on multipitch trad and alpine objectives.
The carabiners feature a 20mm gate opening maintaining reliable handling and clipping performance despite their compact size. This ensures that the Wisp remains functional in alpine environments where conditions can make gear manipulation difficult.
Wisp Quick Draws are available in 12cm, 18cm and 25cm lengths to suit various preferences & requirements. For meandering pitches and extending placements the Wisp is also available as a 60cm alpine quickdraw.

Rock Empire Flexi Chain

This unique chain of textile loops offers safe and flexible use when connecting to an
anchor including during work at heights.
The Flexi Chain consists of 8 interconnected Dyneema slings with a total length
of 120cm without a carabiner. Connecting the Flexi Chain to a climbing harness
(alternatively to another anchoring or fastening device) is done by putting the
bottom, longest loop of the Flexi chain through the harness belay loop or anchor
point and then threading the end of that last Flexi Chain loop partially through the
small opening on the last Flexi Chain. Then, the user should také the opposite end
of the chain and pull it completely thru the opening created by the bottom longest
loop (see instructions for use). This creates the necessary knot.
The Flexi Chain is a flexible anchoring and fastening device that allows you to
easily select the appropriate length of Flexi Chain needed without the need to tie
additional knots or use additional PPE.
The maximum strength of the Flexi Chain, as well as each individual Flexi Chain
loop, is 24kN (2.4t.).
